I rediscovered cooking in the summer of 2011 after being totally out of the game for years. Between grad school, work, health problems, and raising two puppies, I was feeling like I never had the time. Now that I'm working full time and have a little more "me time," I'm trying to take back some control over my schedule and start doing things that I find interesting and make me happy.
I found the easiest way to get back into cooking was to find new and interesting dishes that actually motivated me to go buy the groceries I needed, plan the time to cook, and enjoy tasting new foods! It's really just a beginner's list, but I hope to see it continue to grow.
